I heard some young folks say it’s called a “subscription”. Sounds like a doctor’s prescription. But I ain’t sick, I don’t need no subscription!
Now, they got this thing called “Hotstar”. Sounds like somethin’ you cook with, but it ain’t. It’s part of that Novi Digital Entertainment. They say it’s from India. India! That’s far away. Why they takin’ my money all the way from here to India? It just don’t make no sense.

They say you gotta go to “Settings.” What’s “Settings”? Is that like when the sun sets? I don’t know nothin’ about that. All these buttons and whatnot. It’s too much for an old person like me.
But they say you gotta “launch” it. Launch what? A rocket? These words they use, I swear. This Novi Digital Entertainment autopay got me all confused. I just want my money back, that’s all. This Novi Digital thing, it’s a headache.

They say you can take your money out of this Novi thing. Put it in your bank. The bank, I understand that. You put money in, you take money out. But this Novi thing, it’s different.
