My Morning Ritual: Catching Up with Sakshi Sports
Okay, so this morning, like most mornings, I wanted to see what was happening in the sports world, specifically through the Sakshi newspaper feed. It’s just something I do, keeps me in the loop, you know?

First thing, I grabbed my phone. It was right there on the bedside table. Unlocked it, screen blinking alive. My eyes were still kinda adjusting to the light.
Then, I opened up my usual web browser. Didn’t bother with any specific app, just went straight to the web. In the search bar, I just typed out ‘sakshi news paper today’. Pretty straightforward.
Hit enter, and the search results popped up. Usually, the main Sakshi news site is right there at the top. Clicked on that first link that looked like their official site.
The homepage loaded up. Lots of headlines, pictures, the usual stuff. Now, the tricky part sometimes is finding the specific section I want. I scanned the top menu bar. They usually have categories listed there.
- Looked for ‘Home’
- Scanned past ‘Politics’
- Ignored ‘Cinema’
- Ah, found it! ‘Sports’
Tapped on the ‘Sports’ category. The page refreshed, and boom, all the sports news loaded up. Lots of cricket stuff today, which isn’t surprising. Some local sports coverage too, which is good to see.

I spent a few minutes just scrolling down, reading the headlines. Clicked into one or two articles that caught my eye. Didn’t read everything word-for-word, just got the gist of the main stories. Checked scores if they had any updated.
Honestly, the process was pretty smooth today. Sometimes the site can be a bit slow, or the layout changes, but today it worked just fine. Found what I was looking for without much hassle.
After maybe 10-15 minutes, I felt like I’d seen enough. Got my sports fix for the morning. Closed the browser tab, put the phone down, and went to get some coffee. That was my little Sakshi sports check-in for the day.
